Allison is our esteemed support system & office manager. She handles all the details outside of negotitating terms for buyers & sellers. She also schedules professional pictures, professional measurements, HD videos, lockbox placement, & signage for all our listings. In additiona, Allison serves as our closing coordinator & listing manager. She puts every house we list into our high octane marketing plan & handles MLS input, updates, & manages showing feedback. As a renowned, world class BBQ pit master, Ed has traveled the country winning awards at BBQ & rib festivals in a "past life." He was featured on the Travel Channel's hit show Trip Flip in 2015! He throws several client parties a year, but the best one is the Blue Grass Pig Pickin' Fall Shin Dig in November every year when he personally cooks a pig for all his clients, friends, & family. Ed is a family man who spends a lot of time with his wife Frances, 3 kids: Emma, Hannah, & Edwin IV, & their white lab Duchess, black lab Gunner, & the kids' 3 cats!
